When you register or use EazyGo, we collect the following types of information: personal identification details such as your name, mobile number, and email address; location data including your service address and pincode; device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited; and payment-related information processed through our secure payment partners. We do not store complete payment card details on our servers.

The information we collect is used to: process and manage your service bookings; assign the most suitable Partner to your location; send booking confirmations, updates, and service reminders via SMS or email; improve our platform based on usage patterns; resolve disputes and enforce our Terms and Conditions; and comply with applicable laws and regulations in India. We do not use your personal data for unsolicited marketing without your consent.

EazyGo does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share your data only in the following limited cases: with the assigned service Partner (name and address only, for service delivery purposes); with trusted payment gateway providers for transaction processing; with legal authorities if required by law or court order; and with service vendors who assist in operating our platform under strict confidentiality agreements. All third parties are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws.

EazyGo takes the security of your personal information seriously. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission, secure server infrastructure, and access controls to protect your data from unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

EazyGo uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your browsing experience, remember your preferences, and analyse platform usage. You may choose to disable cookies through your browser settings; however, doing so may affect the functionality of certain features on the platform. We do not use cookies to track your activity outside of the EazyGo platform.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you.
